It seems on every forum it's a question you hear, so I figured I'd ask.  If you want tout your photgraphic accoutrement as well, that would be nice, but not necessary.  Have fun with it. by all means. Also what editing software do you use? Nosy bastard ain't I

Moi: Canon Rebel XT
 24-70L Canon zoom lens
 55 - 200 canon zoom lens
A $30.00 tripod
I have a few filters as well

The ball is now in your court

Sony DSC-W7 with a couple cheap lenses & $40 tripod. I'm just a poor librarian. Can't afford much.

I'm a low paid state employee who doesn't get out much, so I save for things.  I once had a buddy who was a librarian.  He got one of those mail order minister licenses and incorporated a Church of the Zen Druids.  It was a marvelous tax dodge.

Funny you should say that. I just became an ordained minister so I could get a press pass.

You librarians.  I'm sure  my buddy where ever he is is looking up or down at you with a huge grin and two thumbs up.

My suck camera is an Olympus D-555 Zoom. Cute for a point and shoot, but I'm growing out of it.

I'm getting an SLR next month so I can start taking photo classes and I'm eying a Pentax Super.

Had a really crappy Kodak a while back that my sister broke, hoping to be receiving a Fujifilm S5700 for the holidays, though...

Produce market, I'm coming for you...

Nix that comment I made about the Pentax Super, I've gotten a hold of a K1000 instead. Still hanging on to my digital though, haven't had much time to fool around with the new one.

Hey, hey, hey!  Watch it.  I'm a librarian too (well, an aspiring one- Gloucester turned down my application :( ).  We're not all um... weird.  Just many librarians are.

Can't become a minister unless I convert from being part of the "chosen people."  Yet we have the least choices in terms of whom we can marry :(  Me luvs de Shikzas!

Got a Samsung S750 for Christmas. Not exactly what I was aiming at, but it's getting the job done just fine.

I'm too lazy to learn anything about film so I shoot with a Kodak Easyshare Z710. The cops have that now though until the end of my trial, so I'm now shooting with a Kodak Easyshare C340.
Holy shit... thats what you shoot with?

I shoot with a Nikon D40

I have a few toys.

-Canon 20D for my good subjects, (only a poor quality 28-90mm rebel 2000fslr kit lens, but it is EOS).

-Canon S5is for my P&S , with a wide (.75 equiv) conversion lens for fun.

-Canon S3is for my rainy day/loan out, beat it up Cam..(takes same conversion lens)

-Canon A570is for in the pocket.

Looking forward to getting some good lenses for my 20D  soon, as the wallet permits.
