I'm actually glad you posted this, because I had completely forgotten we were supposed to be shooting and submitting something for it. Thanks for the kick in the ass.

So THIS is how this all started.  I had mine in the can for awhile, and completely forgot what the whole point was.  I thought it was for the Clannies.
I wish I had seen this thread, lately.  Everything is so fucked up.  Anyway, since I thought I was way late  I went ahead an blew the wad.  But There's bigger drains where I am now, so there's always next year.

Deadline will now be end of April with the actual screening happening either July or August.

Sorry, deadline WAS end opf April - it's now end of MAY.

Not quite a storyboard, but it's got everything we should need for this.

And here's the latest (thought I'd post it here as 2 or 3 of you seem genuinely interested in submitting a clip) - there are another 5 or so clips that aren't mentioned below plus yours so we're getting there.

Deadline for submissions is August 19 (but please send them in as soon as they are done.

Date - Saturday September 3rd from 8pm.

Locations - from...

Adelaide - Canberra - Hobart - Melbourne - Perth - Sydney

You are invited to submit a short film related to Cave Clan.

Rules/Guide Lines
The idea is to get a variety of clips from all areas of the Clan that run for less than 5 minutes (your voting total will drop .5 for each minute over 5 minutes your short runs).

Keep your clip out of circulation until after the night.

By "variety" we are hoping for videos that are interesting, funny or artistic and not just five minutes of shaky footage of people walking through an RCP or abandoned building.
You're better off having a great 90 second video or a good 3 minute one than a boring 8 minute clip.
Topside, drains, cavities, functions - anything to do with the Clan or exploring.

There will be prizes given to all winning short films.
