Still being somewhat of an absentee lately. This is the first chance I've gotten to get out shooting (for recreation) in weeks. Hit another local shithole before this one, but that set will be up later.

This place was meh. Decent given that I had no clue what to expect. A lot of sections we couldn't get to cause of faulty stairs and the like. All in all it was pretty chill though.

Originally founded in 1881 as Rieger & Gretz Brewing, during the peak of brewing in Philadelphia (94 breweries across the city, most across lower North Philly like Ortlieb's, Schmidts, and Red Bell). When the company reopened it's doors after the repeal of prohibition (this time, simply called Gretz Brewing) the number of city breweries was down to 8. It finally closed for good in 1961.

I saw this place from the umbrella factory before. That staircase is dope. Someone should rip it out and use it somewhere else before that place caves in on it.
