my favorite abandonment to hang out in the city.  it has a very special place in my heart.  old, crappy, beat to hell, and full of amazing memories.  our tags.. many bowls packed.. mcdonalds coffee.. uncle science with a baseball bat.. touching posion ivy and stepping in human feces.. yelling at little skater kids.. watching the train go by & being just outside the reach of the city.  RIP

its upsetting to see this but is also very nice lil tribute to our favorite spot that we lost today... at least we still have the memories and photos to look back on..

No shame in saying this set brought a tear to my eye. As many times as i've watched spots go down over the years, i'm really gonna miss this place. So many good times had there with my awesome friends.

Great tribute dude. Gone, but never forgotten.

Tis a shame, we're losing a lot lately everywhere.

This has to stop. Too many shady inside shit going on around here. I hate to say it but what's next ?

It's not just down near you guys, it's happening all over. In upstate ny all the resorts are "burning by accident" or "hit by lighting" etc etc. the massive fire in bport where I just took md also was an "accident". The problem I feel is that the owners can no longer afford these places, they're actively seeking out the owners to get all the back taxes and extra money they owe on these facilities and so the owners are taking action by burning them down. Or it's stupid kids/people setting them on fire by "accident".

Remington burned too "by accident" shortly after bport put into action the clean up the city agenda by razing abandoned houses and tearing down derelict/ugly buildings. They found the owner and then all of the sudden it burns? Sketchy to me?

Sorry your fav building burned and then immediately got torn down without an investigation or anything.
