Its way out in the middle of nowhere NY. Sounds pretty safe, property is secluded, locked gates, but no fence. Lots of trees for cover, no neighbors around. We spent hours there, buildings are untouched, not a soul around. On the way out we got spotted by hunters. We figured they were probably trespassing too, so we took off for the road. The got in their truck and came after us. Guy ended up being a NY State Trooper who was good friends with the property manager. We got arrested, taken an hour away to the barracks, and given a court date. The property manager was a prick, filed criminal charges against us. There's hunting cameras all over the property. We got very lucky with the judge though. He reduced the charges to a civil violation and we got off with a $20 ticket instead of 3 months in jail. They do organize tours, but not of the buildings, just the surrounding property.

my god! yeah i think even i would stay away from there, and i have a long history of crossing lines.
