This was located on North Main Street in Natick.  The factory made cardboard for about 115 years.  It closed in 2005 and like many of these locations, the grounds around it are contaminated so prospective buyers would have to clean it up before building.  The project is slated to build 138 apartments and 12 townhouses.

this place was really nice inside. very pretty.

Damn.  Looks like there was some cool shit in there.

Last I checked in the summer, all that machinery is still there. They're definitely doing work on it though, so see it while you still can.

I'll see if I can swing by this weekend.  I think demolition started in October, but I could be wrong.

This is like right down the street from work.  I should check this place out sometime.
